Excerpt: St. Elsewhere is an ensemble drama set in a Boston hospital from Hill Street Blues producers MTM.  Of the cast of 12, the most well known are William Daniels (also the voice of car computer KITT in Knight Rider) and David Birney, though Terence Knox is sure to win early attention as the handsome Dr. White.
